I bet your wondering what Andrew Garcia, Lilcdawg, her real name is Cathy Nguyen, and American Idol have to do with fitness huh? Well quite a bit actually.
I have been following Andrew Garcia and Cathy Nguyen on their respective YouTube channels for close to probably a year now. I first came across Cathy’s or lilcdawg’s videos and absolutely became addicted to her voice. It is one of the purest voices I have heard.
Then I saw some videos of Cathy with some of her friends messing around with music and it so happens that Andrew Garcia is one of the friends. What strikes me about both of these musically talented people is that they both unselfishly support their friends musically in all of the videos. They are always having fun and are respectful.
Ok ok how does this relate to fitness? Well I realized something this morning. When I got up I wasn’t in a great mood and didn’t feel very motivated to do… well really, anything. So I messed about on YouTube a bit and visited some of the people that I like to watch Andrew Garcia and Cathy Nguyen being two of those and I noticed that Andrew made it through to Hollywood on American Idol. I thought great for him he deserves it! I also noticed at that point after listening to their music together and separately that I was in a great mood now.
I was now ready to work out some which I did and I am still in a great mood. I have noticed that music can lift your mood and motivate you in many ways. Both Andrew Garcia and Cathy Nguyen are both great motivators and inspirations to a lot of their peers and followers on all of their social media sites.
You can tell that each of them truly love what they do. This is so rare in our society. Also finding people that support each other unselfishly and help to lift the spirit and mood of others is very rare. I wholeheartedly support them in each of their endeavors professionally and personally and wish them all the luck and positive energy the world has to offer.
Although I believe that American Idol probably required Andrew to remove his videos from his personal social sites there are still some out there on his friends sites…..check them out! I love the fact that they leave some of the bloopers on the videos….they always put me in a great mood.
I’m not sure I fathom why so many pundits are making such a ruckus over Simon’s departure. I happen to prefer Paula, but both are have left we will see what happens to AI ratings with a new cast.
